Mystic Day Trip

As a kickoff to summer, a few of my friends and I decided to take a day trip to the Mystic area for some sun, wine, and yummy food. We started our day with a little vineyard hopping at Saltwater Farm Vineyard and Stonington Vineyards. I had the absolute pleasure of introducing one of my friends to their first glass of rosé (definitely a highlight of the summer for me!).

After a few glasses of rosé, we headed to downtown Mystic to grab dinner Mystic Pizza (as I’m sure you could have guessed). Although it is probably the most cliché thing you can do in that area, it’s one of my favorite places! The vegetarian delight pizza is to die for! We ended the evening at Treehouse (located in the Oyster Club). This bar is a must visit if you’re in the area. The cocktails and atmosphere are great for a summer evening; the rooftop bar overlooks the sound and is absolutely stunning at dusk.
